Product Overview
The GDL vertical multi-stage pipeline centrifugal pump is a vertical multi-stage booster pump developed and manufactured by DINKONDA GLOBAL. It adopts a compact vertical structure, stainless steel multi-stage overcurrent components, and the motor is directly connected to the pump body. The inlet and outlet flanges are located at the lower end of the pump body and can be directly installed in series in the pipeline system. This pump has the characteristics of high head, small footprint, and light overall weight. It is mainly used for high-rise building water supply, factory circulating water replenishment, water treatment, boiler water supply, HVAC pressurization, and other working conditions to transport clean and particle free cold and hot water.
Structural Composition
1. Vertical drive motor
Standard three-phase vertical motor, shell heat dissipation rib structure, side junction box, top heat dissipation fan cover; Explosion proof and variable frequency motors can be selected as needed, with a protection level of IP55 and stable operation.
2. Pump head assembly
Multi stage stainless steel impellers and water guide shells are stacked step by step to achieve multi-stage pressurization of the medium; The overcurrent components are made of stainless steel material, which is corrosion-resistant and does not cause secondary pollution to the water quality.
3. Mechanical seal components
Hard alloy mechanical seal, temperature resistant and wear-resistant, effectively preventing medium leakage outward.
4. Pump shaft and tightening bolt
Stainless steel pump shaft, with multiple external tension rods to lock each level of pump casing, high coaxiality and low vibration of the whole machine.
5. Inlet and outlet flange
Bottom coaxial inlet and outlet flange, pipeline layout, inlet and outlet on the same axis, simple pipeline connection.
6. Base support seat
Cast iron base, with reserved anchor bolt holes, can be installed by hanging pipes or fixed on the ground.
